Cardinal Financial advertise they are a approved VA Lender, VA says no!!!!!!! I was told on 24 Nov 2015 by Victor Gonzales that I would have the check due to me upon closing mortgage refinance on 23 Nov 2015 on Friday 27 Nov 2015 and not any later than Sat 28 Nov 2015. I made a financial agreement with a 3d party with money due Monday, 30 Nov 2015 based on now what I know was a lie by the Cardinal Financial agent Victor Gonzales. My refinance with Cardinal in Phoenix Az. and Charlotte N.C: The personnel and the Client Support team was helpful, though I had a nagging feeling throughout that something didn't add up. I found out when the notary was on the way and they sent the final figures which were very different than the ones presented a few days previous.
